This Academic Year 2023-2023, we celebrate the 33rd Tanglaw ng Sining Candlelight Ceremonies of the UP College of Fine Arts. This year’s theme is titled “Liwanag ng Likha,” inspired by the works of our dear colleague and mentor, Prof Ruben Fortunato De Jesus. The program starts at 4pm and will be held at the Arts and Design West Hall of the UP College of Fine Arts, E. Jacinto St. UP Diliman, Quezon City.
