The Academic Calendar of each academic year stipulates the period for enrollment. Each Academic Year is comprised of the First Semester, Second Semester and Midyear and has its corresponding enrollment schedules. Note that UPCFA offers particular courses during the first semester, particular courses during the second semester and particular courses during Midyear. This means not all subjects are available and can be taken every semester. Major courses offered during the first semester are prerequisite courses for second semester courses. We strongly advise the students to adhere to their prescribed curriculum checklist to fulfill their program.
All registration procedures are done online thru the Computerized Registration System (CRS) and follows Pre-Enlistment, Enlistment, Registration and Late Registration periods in a given semester.
